Salam and hello everyone,

I plan to returf my lawn as the previous work was shoddy and the level was not sloping to the right direction. As a result the current newly laid (2006) cow grass (Guthrie punya very bad) quality has dropped badly and some began to die. The ground has become hardened. I was told due to water ponding. Don't understand the logic but it's killing the grass.

I need my neighbors' advice on what type of grass to be used and most importantly easily maintained. I rather go cycling than picking up the foreign vegetations. The reason I chose cow grass in the first place is it's robustness although it needs to be cut on monthly basis. I did use carpet grass on my previous property but after few years it became a disaster when the weeds started to take control.

I also need to know the contact no of proven grass turfer. So far only Rahman, a Bangladeshi, seems to be the favourite. Any other names, please.
