I noticed that recently our security provider "Standard Of Procedure" has went down tremendously.

1. We are paying for 3 security and 1 absord by the developer and divided into 1 per day and 3 for the night. I have check couple of time especially at night since the last 2 weeks only 2 guards were on duty. Another one is being "import" from Bidai from time to time to do the rounding with motorbike and they are station in Bidai not Greenlane.( I've cought Givas (one of the guard) red handed one night at Bidaiafter he came bach doing rounding in Greenlane and he too admit now looking after 2 area) And their rounding were not consistent at all. sometime they only do the rounding as and when they like say 1 or 2 round per night whereas as they promise by right they should be doing every hour.

2. I've done my checking and went to the back row few times last week and only to find out that there were no guards on duty at the backon certain nights(sorry to bring this out to those who stay at the back). There's one night I went twice.(can't remember which day) 9.30pm and 1.20am and find no guards were on duty at night.

3. Fence near U8/75C were being cut and a resident saw some one do the dismantle on day time. Kamaruzain our line leader has repair the fence.

4. A resident recently complain someone follow them from the back and they notice and made 3 rounds in the neighbourhood before the follower dicided to "disapear".

5. Our Security simply allow anyone to go in. guards just sit infront and wave their hand to every car passby.

6. I still recive complaining guards telling some resident that their salary not paid for the last couple of months and infact one of the guard is asking me our treasurer's phone no but I told them that I can't give.

7. Our Guard always sleep at night. Are we paying them to look after our home or to sleep? that you have to judge by yourself.

8. I have call our provider one night to ask him the situations going on and find very upsad that he is dreaming and not aware of the current issues which is going on.

Action and precaution needs to be taken before things gone bad to worst. if this is to be continue, then what are the reason we are paying security for?
