Just a thought guys ... since we don't have any security guards patrolling the area at the moment (and even if we did), perhaps we can get Guthrie to put up some form of fencing (doesn't have to be too elaborate and preferably not too hideous) around the area near the playground located on the side of our neighbourhood etc. My intentions are not only to keep people from the outside from coming in through the playground but rather to ensure that people (mainly kids) from the inside from going out to the main road (if you can call it a main road) from the playground.
While we are trying to get that from Guthrie (if all residents agree), can we also try our luck to have a proper signage for our Green Lane neighbourhood at the entrance road? Once again, it doesn't have to be as elaborate as what they had done for Tropika ... but something short and suh-weeet would be nice.

there are a number of things that we'd like to discuss and request from guthrie. perhaps we need a liaison person. anybody work with guthrie or know the people there?

I believe there are a handful of Guthrie employees who are residents in our Green Lane neighbourhood. I personally know there is one individual who has already moved in along the road I am supposed to stay in. will see whether I can talk to her (if and when I see her, that is).

I know someone. But she's with Guthrie HQ. She's moving in next month. I'll ask her about our intention. I'll get her to talk to you if she needs details.
I'm not banking in on Guthrie though. They've sucked our money away and we're left to settle our defects with the subcontractor.
